Misguided Sympathies
Late in 2018 it was announced that here in Oklahoma that one of the State departments had contracted with an out-of-state company to install cameras in the highway and street systems to photograph the license plates of all vehicles, and to compare the license numbers with records to see if the vehicle was insured. If found to not be insured, a letter would be generated to the registered owner, who would be advised of the necessity to prove insurance or there would be a substantial fine, reportedly $174.00.
Of course, as expected, those whose attitudes were misplaced, raised a hue and cry about how it would be so unfair to the “poor people” who might not be able to afford insurance. It either did not matter to them that those “people” might not choose to insure, because they might have a record that made the premiums exorbitant, or might even be illegal aliens afraid to let government even know they were in the Nation and attempting to “stay under the radar.” Others, understandable, began to fuss about the contract, which allowed a fee of $80.00 from each $174.00 for developing, installing and operating the cameras, all at no cost to the State. Hello, is anyone awake in the head? If there is a cash flow into the State without requiring a set-up cost, that is purely beneficial.
It would seem, and reports of records appear to confirm, that a large percentage of the hit-and-run crashes are caused by illegal invaders. In many cases the suspicion arises that where signals and signs are ignored the illegal invader driver is just unable to read same, and yet our “swamp making” politicians and bureaucrats appear to believe that they are more important than the citizens, who are paying the excessive taxes to support these wasteful and dangerous activities.
Frankly, there is no sympathy in my mind for anyone who willingly chooses to violate our laws and societal moralities. It particularly offends my sensibilities to see them coming to our borders and participating in riots, when proudly waving the flags of the nations they claim to be seeking shelter from. Our law enforcement units should be aggressively rounding them up, prosecuting them, and after their sentence is completed, removing them from our property.

Strike While the Iron Is Hot
Throughout my life I have heard the old expression about striking while the iron is hot. From my understanding it refers to making horse shoes. In the old days every community had a blacksmith to keep the wagons repaired and to keep shoes on the horses that had to pull them. Blacksmithing was an essential art in its day; it was a trade that was in huge demand. A blacksmith had the ability to take raw metal and forge it into a molten glob that could be manipulated into something useful. The key was to hammer and stretch the metal before it became too cool and not pliable. If the blacksmith wasn’t fast enough, he would have to start all over and reheat the metal and try again. From what I have seen, the art of politics and blacksmithing have some common traits.
On a national level the Republican Party had control of both houses and the presidency; while President Trump has been able to push through some of his agenda, people in his own party slowed progress on several issues. One issue that affects all of us is the Affordable Care Act, more commonly known as Obamacare. It is a sad fact that Obamacare is still the law of the land and more than likely will remain for the next couple of years. Fortunately Trump was able to get rid of the personal mandate part of the law, but with the Democrats in charge of the House of Representatives there is little to no chance of getting rid of Obamacare. The Democrat leadership has laid out a plan to attack all of President Trump’s policies such as tax cuts, reducing EPA restrictions, etc. I feel that the majority of Americans support protecting our borders; at the same time the liberals are advocating having an open border system with no protection for the American citizens. What we can expect is a complete gridlock, while that may sound bad it could have been much worse. If the liberals had taken control of both the House and Senate, the liberals would have owned the government instead of just having their foot in the door.
Before the election the mainstream media was salivating about a so-called blue wave that would indeed take over both houses, but one thing happened. The liberals showed their true colors in the Brent Kavanaugh confirmation hearing. It proved the old adage about giving a fool enough rope and he will hang himself. When the liberals start their vendetta against Trump the American people will be able to get a good look at what they are all about. If it had not been for the Kavanaugh hearing I am sure that the Democrats would have captured many more seats. I hope during the next two years the American people will see through the biased media and manipulation of the left. It will be a while before this nation will be able to strike while the iron is hot; the liberals will have a chilling effect for at least two years.

God Given Rights and the U.S. Constitution
The First Amendment of the United States Constitution is the greatest Right to Farm Law ever instituted into law. Only emotionally based left wing communists support the animal rights laws which destroy our human rights, reduces man to the status of government owned animals, usurps the Constitution and supports the global communist effort to destroy America.
The Constitution is not the source of our rights. Our founding fathers were brilliant men. They were God fearing Christian men. They full well understood the teachings of Jesus Christ and they established a government for our country based on those teachings. As attested to in the Declaration of Independence “our rights are derived from our creator”. The creator they refer to is Jesus Christ. How do we ascertain that our founding fathers were not referring to the Islamic Quran, the Jewish Torah or even the Old Testament of the King James Bible? Because these religious texts do not offer a person salvation based on individual choice, freedom and liberty.
It is only through the teachings of Jesus Christ that individual choice and true liberty is a provided to each person. Teachings such as “judge not lest ye be judged” and “let he who has not sinned cast the first stone” combined with “love your neighbor as yourself” and “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.
These are the teachings and concepts enshrined in the Constitution that provide true freedom and liberty to each person. See the Constitution is not the source of our rights. God is the source of our rights, the Constitution is the document our founding fathers drafted and ratified based on the teachings of Jesus Christ that would limit the government’s authority to infringe on our God given rights and stop the majority from using the power of the government to force non-believers into their beliefs.
It is the teachings of Jesus Christ which ensure that people of other faiths, and even no faith, have the rights to practice and follow their chosen religious belief in America. It is the Constitution that prohibits the government from infringing on their individual choice and liberty.
As Americans if we truly want to honor the sacrifices our military members make to support and defend our God given rights, freedoms and individual liberty, then we should study with reverence and attempt to live according to the teachings of Jesus Christ daily. But we must also study with equal zeal and keep uppermost in the minds of all Americans the Constitution of the United States which secures, guarantees and protects our God given rights from the whimsical ideologies and moral opinions of the majority and thus protects the God given rights of each of individual from the power of the government.
King James Bible Genesis 1:26: “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”
Christians in America have the God given right to exercise the “dominion” (control and rule) which the Christian Bible professes man was granted by the creator.
Webster’s Dictionary defines the word “dominion” as: “Dominion: defined as control or power over, or the authority to rule, power, authority, jurisdiction, control, command, sway, the right to govern or rule or determine, power implies possession of ability to wield force, authority, or influence over.”
Thus meaning “full control and rule over that which one owns” and the Bill of Rights ensures these rights of dominion are guaranteed to each individual. The Fourteenth Amendment as applied to the states ensures the same restrictions to state authority in enacting laws which abridge our God given rights that are specifically protected and guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.
The First Amendment of the United States Constitution and Okla. Art. I § 2 protects and guarantees the freedom of religion of each individual, for Christians the freedom of religion includes exercising the dominion of man (control and rule) over the earth, animals, fish and fowl and all property one owns, and the Constitution is written to ensure that each person is equal in the freedom and exercise of the God given rights as each individual chooses to believe these rights exist. To remove the dominion of the individual over the earth, animals, fish and fowl (property) the individual owns is forcing the owner into policies and beliefs rooted in the religious beliefs of Paganism based on majoritarism which is prohibited by the Constitutions of the United States and Oklahoma. If the God given dominion over the earth, animals, fish and fowl (property) one owns is not a constitutionally protected right of a Christian as attested to through the Christian Bible then America is no longer operating as a Constitutional Republic of limited government authority but instead is operating as an Orwellian all controlling communist government.
